Kent started his 3rd deployment and man it stinks already. I mean we knew it was coming and you think your ready to have it start. But once you get there to drop them off you realize how unprepared you really are. Logan had the hardest time saying bye. He usually does pretty good but this time he just wasn't ready to see his dad leave. They are in their pajamas because we had to be to the base at 9:00 P.M.
I know I shouldn't complain this is our shortest deployment yet and we are part of the Air Force and this is what they do but sometimes you forget how hard it is on the kids. Having said that we know he is serving our country and we couldn't be prouder.

you can come down here any time you want! :) i know, i'm lazy. ha ha. but for real. if you ever want to come down and just hang out, come on over!
Deployments are so hard, especially as the kids get older (in my opinion). We'll remember your family and Kent in our prayers!
